 Exercising is good for health as it increase our mental and cardio health. Furthermore, it is not only associated with age because when you exercise daily your metabolism increases and your immune system become strong. People who used to do yoga have healthy mind and indestructible body. Moreover, people who maintain healthy life have daily routine of waking up early and do exercise to enhance full energy. Afterwards, we also observe that in winter when our body absorb vitamin D from sunlight energetic as compare to the people who wake up late and feel fatigue whole day even after sleeping full day. Exercising is not only related to physical exercise it is also associated with mental health. Our body needs exercise to stay health likewise, our mind also needs exercise like mind mapping and revising things.
