How a women can balance her Hormones

If you are a woman who has problems with hormonal imbalance and you are looking for ways to solve it, you intend to do several things. Before you even start looking for a solution, you need to start with some kind of blood test first. No test though, the first types of blood tests you want to get are your reproductive hormones; estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone. Those are the three areas you need to be concerned with so you know where your levels are with these tests. Other tests are for your Adriano glands; your cortisol, DHEA, and androgens. You also want to get your thyroid tested; T4 and T3 are important, also anti-thyroid antibodies. The next thing you want to get tested is your vitamin D, medical experts would tell you that vitamin D is a hormone and not a vitamin as many people believe. The truth is that many women and people who are on a plant-based, vegan diet are deficient in vitamin D and don't even know it. So if you have trouble losing weight or notice that your hair is falling out, you may be deficient in vitamin D. Another blood test to do is a fasting blood glucose level to measure the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood. blood and test for diabetes or prediabetes.

Another
thing that would help balance your hormones naturally as a woman is to get rid of chemicals that include makeup, skincare, and cleansers because your skin absorbs about 60% of what is put on it. It is extremely important that whatever you put on your body is made from quality ingredients. Try to avoid chemical-based skin care and others. Make sure whatever you put on your skin is what you eat. There are a lot of chemicals that are endocrine disruptors, they are chemicals and pesticides that interfere with your endocrine system and are capable of causing cancerous tumors, birth defects, and other disorders. There is a resource that can help you and they are simple apps that you can download to your cell phone. The app is called “Think Dirty” and they are also free.

Another natural way to increase your hormonal imbalance is to eat good healthy fats. This is very important because many people, especially in the vegan community, have so much faith in vegan or HCLF high-carb, low-fat vegan diets as the best and only way to go. The truth is it doesn't work for everyone, it's better to watch the amount of fat you eat and make sure you're getting enough, no I'm not talking about processed oil or fried foods. You have to understand that everyone is different, some people can tolerate and enjoy less fat in their diet while others do well with higher fat in their diet.

Another thing you need to understand about balancing your hormones is managing stress. There are so many things you can do to manage stress, but these are beyond the scope of this article, you won't last, here are some tips that may be helpful. If you have a high caffeine intake, you need to start limiting your caffeine intake. Have you ever had caffeinated shakes that made your brain melt and have that weird anxiety that's a crack addict? This can increase your stress level and you don't need it anymore. So seriously limit your caffeine intake. You can also try exercise as a means of managing stress, doing regular simple exercises. The key is to get your body moving and work up a sweat from time to time, which can help resolve some form of stress. There are many things you can do every morning to get your day off to a good start; yoga, meditation, listening to soft and soothing music, or something to lift your spirits for the day ahead. Whatever you do to balance your hormones, it's always best to see a certified intuitive or nutritionist with a good knowledge of female hormone imbalances.
