1. Effective use of affirmations: Affirmations should be positive, personal statements, formulated and expressed in the present tense! For example, if someone wanted to lose weight, instead of saying: I want (or need) to lose weight, phrase it as I am proud of my figure and I do everything I can every day to maintain it. , to take care of myself. When affirmations are used , a personal list should, start with anything, can be, most , personal! Most recommend 10 statements that one reads daily, at least 3x to 5x a day, in front of the mirror, and with concentration!

2. Self-hypnosis; self-help: When our main focus is productivity, self-help, our opportunities, to improve! Although there are many components to this, and we should use as many of them as possible, one that has helped many is, using self-hypnosis! Self-hypnosis is a well-thought-out exercise and action that is used to solve problems discovered after one tries to be as aim and introspective as possible and does a thorough, honest, realistic check, from the neck up! Many volumes have been written on this subject and I recommend that those who wish to benefit take the time and effort to read a few of them!

3. Attitude: While many people claim to have a positive attitude, close examination often reveals otherwise! So, it helps all you can to be consistent, with a true, realistic, positive, do-it-yourself attitude, looking for the best ways to succeed rather than focusing on the reasons why you can't!

4. Improving Abilities and Skills - Kit: Take the time, put in the effort, and do everything you can to increase your abilities and skills to be the best you can be!

5. Be Proactive/Avoid Procrastination: Procrastination is generally a dangerous way to go about your life! be proactive about following the best path, forward!
